Head of Customer Success

The Algopix team is seeking a talented Head of Customer Success for a full time position. This is a RARE opportunity to build a full blown Customer Success operation.Algopix is currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated leader to scale our Customer Success operation from scratch.The person to join will be the first Customer Success Manager who will need to build a team and operation from the ground up.The Algopix customer success team will be responsible for supporting our customers as they transition from sales, running their Onboarding, developing long-term relationships, resolving custom issues, and helping them maximize their value out of the Algopix solution while maintaining the partnership and ensuring growth.The Customer Success Team will be working closely with every team in the business including Sales, Product Management, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey.This role reports directly to our CRO.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring a customer-centric approach to ensure customers are continually delighted by Algopix positive, proactive, customer-centric attitude
  • Lead the Customer Success team to ensure best business results and high customer adoption and engagement
  • Streamline the Customer Success activities based on Customer Success standard methodologies and healthy customer journey
  • Transform the Customer Success team to become trusted advisors to our customers, by educating them on how to best utilize Algopix insights and solutions
  • Work with the other leaders at Algopix to constantly improve and adjust internal interfaces and processes so everyone’s are very much aligned with mission and purpose
  • Serve as point of escalation between customers and Algopix leadership
  • Represent Algopix customers internally by capturing ongoing feedback and connect our product roadmap to customer needs
  • Own the renewal of our customers as well as work closely on new opportunities of growth through adoption and new use cases

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or customer facing roles
  • Been part of a venture-backed SaaS company that has gone through hypergrowth
  • Demonstrate great experience working with enterprise size organizations
  • Methodological, out of the box thinker, CAN DO approach, empathetic
  • Knows Customer Success best practices and has implemented them previously
  • Vast experience working based on CS main KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Experience working with a software or data product
  • Willingness to work from home
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Understanding of the Internet, e-commerce, and retail
  • Well-organized, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
