Acquisition Manager
The Algopix team is seeking a multidisciplinary Acquisition Manager.
The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for creating and managing an end-to-end process for designing and implementing the Algopix paid marketing strategy hands-on.
You will take part in designing the way millions of merchants make decisions online.
Responsibilities
– Design, implement (hands-on) and expand performance-based marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Content, Affiliate, etc.)ץ
– Drive the development and implementation of cohesive strategic marketing strategies, marketing plans and messaging.
– Identify and respond to changes in market trends & competition.
– Work closely with service providers – marketing experts, UX/UI designers, Content and Marketing personnel and more in order to deliver Algopix to the hands of potentially millions of users (hands-on marketing activities).
– Carry out marketing research & Analyze marketing performance data.
– Help design the product based on market needs.
– Help set up a marketing department in the fast-growing company.
Requirements
– 2+ years of experience as a campaign manager. Consumer or B2B web SaaS marketing experience – advantage.
– Deep understanding of UI / UX of consumer web apps.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced Internet startup environment.
– Former experience in UX design or software engineering – advantage.
– Attention to details, while being able to see the big picture.
– Highly collaborative & comfortable with high-level planning & tactical execution.
– Team player.
– Independent & fast learner.
– Experience in eCommerce or analytics – advantage.
– Native English – advantage.
