- AP6 Series Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- AP6 Series Support: A Support and Services subscription per AP entitles you to Sophos Central management, firmware updates, Advanced RMA, and 24x7 multi-channel support.
- Sophos support remote debugging is only possible for AP6s managed in Sophos Central
