- HIGH FLEXIBILITY: Jute fiber itself is relatively stiff before it is woven into rope. To improve its toughness and softness, it needs to be soaked in oil for a while before weaving. We use pure natural soft seed vegetable oil, not chemical oil, so you won't get a pungent smell.
