Package of 2 sheets of Shining Wishes 5" x 7" Stick and Shine transfer sheets by Penny Black. Instructions for use: Peel Stick and Shine from backing sheet. Press onto smooth cardstock, sticky side to paper. Rub gently to transfer sticker to paper. Place foil (sold separately), shiny side up, onto Stick and Shine design, which is now on your paper. Rub foil gently to transfer. Can also be used to apply embossing powders or glitter.
