- I rub the turkey with 3 Tablespoons of flour mixed with 2 tablespoons of season salt. Rub all over turkey after you have it in the bag. That will give some great flavor and help it not stick to the bag. Use a baster after it's cooked to put the juices on top of the turkey and let rest for a few minutes before carving.
