Oracal 631 Vinyl - Your decal should be applied to a clean, dry surface. Vinyl decals will not stick well to wall surfaces painted with Teflon, stain guard or low VOC paints. Order with caution if your walls are painted with these paints! If you are unsure about how the decal will stick to your wall/surface, please message us about purchasing a test decal or sample pack before placing your order.
