- EASY TO MAKE: Whisk pumpkin pie bar mix, milk and egg until smooth and set aside. Stir melted butter into the crust mix until dough is blended, and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Whisk pumpkin pie filling mixture again, then pour over the hot crust. Bake for an additional 32-35 minutes. Chill in the fridge for one hour, slice into bars, and enjoy!
- MAKE IT YOUR OWN: Add texture and flavor to your bars with mix-ins like chocolate or butterscotch chips, raisins, or cinnamon and brown sugar. Top with whipped cream or a cream cheese layer to make into a pumpkin cheesecake!
