Double Snake C48 is a very friendly yeast strain as it is temperature tolerant so it’s perfect for our varying climate. Upto 35C for the 14% ABV recipe.
This turbo yeast is considerably more tolerant to high temperatures than the Alcotec products.

We recommend using Alcotec Turbo Klar 24 hour.
NB: To reach 21% ABV, you must keep the liquid temperature between 18-24C.
