- It is easy to use and with its greaseless roasting, you get a crunchy all round finish.
- Just fill the container with beer, wine or other liquids and add the marinade, herbs and spices of your choice.
- Roast at about 180oC/365oF or until the core temperature of the chicken has reached 80oC to 85oC (175oF to 185oF) - please note that the chickens neck should be sealed to ensure that the liquid does not evaporate but flavours the chicken.
