30 Days Limited Warranty Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Dust-Aid Inc (“DA”) warrants that the DUST-AID Platinum, Cleaning Strips for DUST-AID Platinum, Canon Cleaner Tapes, DUST-WAND, ULTRA CLEAR, DUST-CLOTH, DUST-CLOTH MF and DUST-SHIELD (“Products”) against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) month from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). This limited warranty applies to the first retail purchaser only. If a covered defect arises and a valid claim is received by DA within the Warranty Period, DA will at its option either repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price paid, exclusive of all taxes, subject to satisfactory proof of purchase demonstrating the date of purchase and the price paid for the product.
