1- remove the strap using the quick detach pins.
2- remove the four philps screws attaching the rubber bezel to the watch movement.
3- remove the rubber bezel from the movement.
4- install the movement into the new /bezel.
5-install the four provided flat head screws with the provided driver to attach the movement to the /bezel.
6-adjust the length as necessary .
