- Cozonac with 35% walnuts and raisins filling, made with free range chicken eggs and slowly leavened with sourdough. Without preservatives.
- Ingredients: wheat flour, free-range chicken eggs 15%, sugar, walnuts 9%, sourdough 9% (wheat flour, water), raisins 7%, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, butter, inverted sugar syrup, whole milk powder, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, ethyl alcohol, yeast, iodized salt, flavours.
- For a better preservation, keep the product in the original package, in a dry and well ventilated place, away from the sun rays.
- TEXTURE: Soft, fluffy, and moist bread with a delicate sweetness perfect for breakfast or dessert.
- Although extra care has been taken to remove all walnut shell, some small pieces may remain.
