Product Description
The Evolv Defy LV Rock Climbing Shoe is an advanced entry-level rock shoe for beginners with low-volume feet. It’s a 6% overall lower-volume version of our Defy Climbing Shoe. A snugger fit feels better for climbers with narrower feet or those looking for a higher-performance fit. Designed with slight asymmetry and camber, the Defy LV allows for more precise foot placements, helping new climbers improve more quickly when compared to most flat, symmetric beginner climbing shoes. The Defy also has a PSR rating of 4 and a 3.5mm outsole, making it sensitive enough for smearing while retaining enough power for edging on small holds. We made the upper out of a perforated microsuede for increased breathability, and the TRAX SAS outsole is the stickiest rubber compound that we make. A single hook-and-loop strap ensures a performance fit as well as quick-and-easy on-and-off between boulder problems.
