- Make sure you are pulling and pushing the knife to cut the meat - let the knife do the work. It really cleaves when you give it a good stroke across what you're cutting and aren't trying to force it down. Also, make sure you cut down and not up - should go without saying but, ya know!.
- Opened this up, cleaned it up, sliced fresh chicken, seasoned it and now making fresh chicken jerky. This is a time saver and will be utilized in my kitchen often making jerky, Chinese dishes and wonton soups.
