- [3 STEPS FRACTIONAL FILTRATION]: Fractional filtration is adopted on our 8-70 LB commercial grease interceptor to achieve a better oil-water separation effect, whose flow rate is about 4-35 GPM (132.49 LPM). The solid waste and grease will be collected by the mesh basket & filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
- [COATED CARBON STEEL]: Our 8-70 LB commercial grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, features durability and sturdiness. which is sturdy, durable, rust-proof, anti-corrosion, hard to deform, easy to clean and has a long service life. It is also designed with a removable stainless steel inside filter basket with dense mesh, which can effectively collect the solid waste and grease in the first step.
