Product Description
This book is intended for learners of Arabic as an additional language at the low intermediate level, regardless of their country of origin, age or level of education. Out of the Juha folklore, it includes fifty humorous tales and anecdotes. These short stories are 200 to 300 words in length. They are written in simple sentences that are short and easy to pattern after when the learners attempt to speak/write Arabic about everyday happenings. Each story is followed by four sets of comprehension and vocabulary questions. For easier and speedier reading, better comprehension, and more effective vocabulary learning, the entire text in this book has been thoroughly assigned diacritical marks. The book is suitable for classroom use as well as self-study. Answers to the questions are provided at the end of the book. Besides learning how to construct simple sentences and augmenting your vocabulary, you will learn about Arabic culture.
