This heavy-duty tempered glass chair mat from Modern Chair Mat Co. combines expert craftsmanship with top-grade materials to create a product that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. Constructed of ¼” thick safety glass, the mat is rated to hold over 1,000 pounds. The smooth, scratch-resistant surface offers user improved ergonomics versus plastic and vinyl alternatives, plus the glass mat will not crack, curl, or discolor. A proprietary ShockShield bumper system is included with every chair mat. Once (optionally) installed, the soft bumpers keep the mat firmly in place and provide advanced protection again incidentally dropped objects. Choose between two edge types, including the exclusive Taper-fect edge, which allows users to roll on and off the chair mat with ease. Also choose between two colors, including the advanced Ultra-Clear color, which eliminates the slight green tint associated with standard tempered glass.
