Sections can be locked in place after extension to maintain balance and stability. Fully extended, it does not bounce or flex when jumping on ramps.

The ramp has an overall width of 7.2 inches and an internal usable width of 5.5 inches, with approximately 2 inch high U-slot guardrails on both sides for safe and stable entry and exit of the wheelchair.
