- Sharpener is compact, great for cluttered drawers
- To use, place roller on flat surface, bring knife edge to the side of the grindstone, and saw back and forth with consistent downwards pressure
- To sharpen other side of blade, simply place knife into the other side of the sharpener
- For best results, sharpen the knife on each side for 10-15 strokes
- Wash with damp cloth after each use
