DIRECTION OF USE 1. Cleanse your face and keep it clean and dry before applying. 2. Unfold the strap with the two black blocks facing upwards. 3. Place your chin in the position between the two black blocks, pull up and attach the Velcro to your head. 4. Place your ears in the slots of the bandage, attach the Velcro fastener to the back of your head and adjust to a snug fit. 5. Adjust the stiffeners as you feel comfortable. Don't make it too tight the first time. 6. Clean 1-2 times a week by soaking in lukewarm water (soap or detergent can be used if desired, but do not rub). CAUTIONS 1. Do not use if irritation occurs. 2. Avoid using on sensitive skin. 3. For external use only. 4. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Store in a cool, dry place.
