- SIZING: We find the Flow Shorts run TRUE-TO-SIZE. If you are at the upper end of your size range or have thicker/muscular thighs we recommend you size up for the best fit. (XS = 27"-28"; SM = 29"- 30"; MD = 31"-32"; LG = 33"-34"; XL = 35"-36")
