- 【TIPS】Pls descale your coffee maker regularly (vinegar water, descaler or citric acid) and check the top needle is not clogged, otherwise the following effects will happen: no or less pumping coffee, abnormal coffee taste, prolonged heating time. If it's not pumping anymore due to limescale, pls use hot water mixed vinegar water to soak the tank for 1 hour, then pour it out and try a brew. Or get help.
- 【NOTE】This coffee machine NOT available in altitude over 6,000 feet or it will only heat without pumping water or pump very little water. Pls Do NOT use it with reusable filter to make hot chocolate as this may cause machine leakage or clogged filter.
