- HOW TO BREW --- Our organic silver needle white tea has the quality of a top-notch. For optimal brewing, add 5 grams of tea leaves per 150 ml of water and steep at 85°C for about 2-3 minutes. The finished white tea has a bright light apricot color. After steeping for more than ten times, the flavor of this loose leaf white tea is still mellow, smooth and long lasting.
