- Each purple puff Vinyl sheet measures 10 inches by 12 inches, guaranteed size. Pre-cut puff HTV sheets, easy to cut and weed, compatible with Cricut, Silhouette and other vinyl cutters. Puff HTV appears flat at first, but expands into a bold, puffed up finish when applied with your heat press. Be sure to use the maximum firm pressure, 290°F (143°C) for 10 seconds, warm peel.
