Hello and a very warm welcome to The Highland Soap Company! We are a family-run maker of soap and skincare products based in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Our products are handmade in our workshop, nestled between the 13th Century Old Inverlochy Castle and the River Lochy, and looking over the north face of Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain. Our beautiful highland landscape has always been the source of inspiration for our products. Our Soaps are traditionally handmade in the Scottish Highlands by century’s old traditional processes using only the purest natural ingredients, before being left to cure for 14 days. Made with the finest natural ingredients, further enriched with moisturizing shea butter and cocoa butter. Naturally fragranced with plant extracts and essential oils. Zero plastic.

- SLS FREE: Our handmade soaps are free from artificial synthetic surfactants (foaming ingredients), such as SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) or SLES, and our creams and lotions contain No Paraben preservatives. These ingredients are widely-used in BIG BRANDS but we avoid them because they leave skin dry and do lasting damage to aquatic life.
- WE USE THE FINEST INGREDIENTS: Since our products are made by hand, we know exactly what goes into each one. Because we put it there ourselves. The ingredients we don’t wild-harvest are organic, natural and sustainable.
