- MOTION SENSOR & TIMER MODES: Our solar motion sensor lights are equipped with a PIR sensor, capable of detecting motion within approximately a 26-foot range. The sensor has several operating modes: when someone approaches, the light's brightness is 100%, and when people move away, the light dims to 25% brightness (this mode cannot be permanently disabled). You can press the timer mode button on the remote control. When the timer mode is activated, the light will stay on continuously. After the set time period, it will switch to motion sensor mode.
