SVAAR 90 Degree Heavy-Duty Pure Copper Lugs
● 90 degree angled palm lugs are manufactured from electrolytic copper tube. The dimensions of the tube are designed to obtain the most efficient electrical conductivity and mechanical strength to resist vibration and pull out.
● The lugs are annealed to guarantee optimum ductility which is an absolute necessity for connectors which will have to withstand the severe deformation arising when compressed and any bending of the palm during installation.
● Heavy Duty 90 Degree Bent Copper Lugs are Seamless Bare Pure Purple Copper and combine pure copper construction with a seamless pad to provide the ultimate performance in strength, conductivity and corrosion resistance.
● This 90 degree bent terminal design features a flared and chamfered barrel to facilitate cable insertion and a bent pad to go straight onto hard to fit terminal connections common on many automotive starters.
● These terminals are sized and designed to work with flexible stranded copper wire and cable such as welding cable, marine battery cable, UL Listed battery cables, SAE battery cables, entertainment cable, diesel locomotive cable, and other similar flexible cables.
● Bare Pure copper cable lugs are heavy-duty designed for high amperage applications. Utilities, telecom and other industries using high amperage connections all use tin plated lugs and terminals for power connections.
