Product Description
Mapillai Samba or bridegroom rice is grown mostly in Tamil Nadu. It is available as flour and flakes. Mapillai Samba has high fibre content and Vitamin B1. It's well suited to organic farming and demands little or no fertilisers or pesticides. The rice is grown from August to January, particularly referred to as the samba season. This native rice is high in several antioxidants.
