The New HiKlad Vienna products have a 3-ply base consisting of 2 layers of stainless steel on the outside and aluminum on the inside for faster heat transfer, which allows the pressure cooker to have higher durability. Vienna products come with 5 safety devices and durable, heat-resistant handles to protect their users. This particular model is not compatible with Induction Heating as a heat source.
