- ULTRALIGHT & CONVENIENT - Each bar is barely larger than a deck of cards, easily slides into the pocket of your jacket or backpack, but packs 123 calories per ounce, making them an excellent hunting food and thru hiking food. Unlike a meal replacement shake or backpacking foods, there's no need to add water.

- 15 MONTH SHELF LIFE - Each bar has a 15 month shelf life from date of manufacture which is printed on the bar packaging. Expect to receive bars with no less than 9 months of remaining shelf life. While this shelf life may not be ideal for a long term emergency food kit, it is still suitable for short term survival food such as for a vehicle, that is rotated out on a more regular basis.
