Warm Tips:
1. It is recommended to clean the water tank every 30 minutes of use. If the water tank does not discharge water, please check whether the water pump inside the sweeping robot is blocked or closed, and then check whether the water outlet of the water tank is blocked. If the water output from the water tank becomes less, the filter element may be blocked (the filter element turns yellow). Please replace the filter element in time. Note: We do not sell filters.
2. DO NOT use strong gear when mopping the floor to avoid inhaling water vapor.The ball in the water tank is used to control the water seepage valve. This is a moving part, and it will make a rolling sound when it is started and stopped, which is not abnormal.
3. Be sure to wring out the mopping after it is wet before use. Do not mopping over waterlogged areas or carpet. DO NOT add detergent or disinfectant to the water tank. Please empty the water tank in time after mopping the floor.
