- NO PEX TUBE LINER: With no PEX pipe tube liner required, SharkBite Max plumbing fittings eliminate flow restriction when used on Copper/CPVC; the fittings feature a 1/2-inch push-to-connect inlet and a quarter-turn full-port brass ball valve for quick and easy operation
- STRONG AND DURABLE: The reinforced stainless steel collar locks in the cartridge and provides additional strength for 50 percent reduction in insertion force
- LEAD FREE: Pushfit straight stop fitting is made of high-quality forged DZR brass with reinforced stainless steel that is lead free; all SharkBite pipe fittings meet the same standards for commercial and residential plumbing applications
- CERTIFIED: Straight stop valves are rated to 160 degrees F and 125 PSI
