Each flap disc is a universal 4.5 x 7/8 inch size that fits most angle grinders. Operates at a top speed of 13,300 RPM. The flap disc is made of high-quality Zirconia sand grains and glass fiber matrix. The Zirconia material has high toughness, fine grains, and good wear resistance. It has excellent speed and durability, and reduces your replacement costs. Angle grinder wheels can be used for a variety of different projects, grinding and finishing metal, wood, etc., suitable for welding, machining, manufacturing, heavy equipment work, and industrial maintenance. During use, please wear protective measures such as goggles, masks and gloves to ensure safety. For initial grinding, heavy material removal, leveling or forming, please choose 40 grit; for welding mixing, surface treatment, rust removal and deburring, please choose 60 or 80 grit; for surface polishing or cleaning, etc. Please choose 120 grit. T27 and T29 have their own advantages. T27 flat is more suitable for grinding external angles with flat sand; T29 is more suitable for grinding contours and edges.
