Instruction
1. Remove the valve core and cap from the service access valve before welding as the welding heat may damage them
2. Welding the access valve to the refrigeration system, normally install it on the refrigerant charging port
3. After the access valve is cooled down, insert the valve core into the valve and use the valve cap to screw it into position
4. Vacuum the refrigeration system, then you can proceed with refrigerant charging
5. Finally install the valve cap for sealing

NOTE: Before starting any welding work on your air conditioner or refrigeration system, make sure the refrigerant has been released from the system.
