- Spun as a traditional 4-strands sock yarn, DROPS Nord is made in a combination of 45% superfine alpaca (for the softness), 25% wool (for the warm and shape stability) and 30% polyamide (for the strength and durability). An easy-to-knit/crochet yarn, that provides clear stitches and that is perfect for warm, everyday garments, such as jumpers, socks, hats and gloves.
