If your animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, our LAP requires that: 1) Customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 6 hours of arrival via Amazon “Problem with order” message portal. (Shipper tracking data arrival time will be used.) 2) Customer sends picture(s) of the animal(s), food cup, and shipping box, within 24 hours of arrival to via Amazon “Problem with order” message portal. Failure to do both of the above may void any options for refund or replacement.
