The 5.36cu. ft. gas oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a blue enameled interior fitted with an internal convection fan, thermostat, and regulator ensures achieving fast, precision, and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 3 telescopic oven racks, a concave wok ring, a reversible griddle, an air fry rack, a drip pan, and an LP conversion kit.
