It's important to make sure the surface is dry before adding the elements for transfer. To use this water transfer paper, you simply need to cut out the desired image, remove the front plastic, and place it face-down on the surface you want to transfer the design. Then, use a sponge to wet the background until the transfer is fully transferred onto the surface.
