- This is a kombu dashi stock that uses powdered makombu seaweed from Hokkaido. It has no peculiarities and is mellow, so it goes well with all kinds of ingredients such as vegetables and seafood, and brings out the flavor of the ingredients. In addition to adding it to miso soup, it is also recommended to mix raw vegetables with salt and kombu dashi to make “asazuke”.
