- Mill made with PEFC-certified wood sourced from local sustainably managed French forests. The body is protected with environmentally friendly solvent-free varnish to ensure enduring use.
- For grinding black, white, green, red and pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a blend) as well as coriander seeds. Use peppercorns up to 6mm in diameter.
- Lifetime warranty on the mechanism. 5-year warranty on parts and wood.
- Use and care: Remove plastic tab under the mill to activate light before first use. Fill grinder with peppercorns. Turn the head of the mill clockwise to grind. Adjust knob to change the coarseness of the grind. Do not expose to rain or high-humidity to preserve the beauty of the wood and performance and warranty of the grinder. Use a soft clean brush to regularly clean the teeth under the mill.
