LINERZ18 The Linerz 1/8" Foam Protective Hat Insert is our lightest, thinnest hat insert offering a light layer of protection against minor bumps and bruises. See our other inserts for higher protection levels. This particular insert works well for fitted and more snug fitting caps and hats.
LINERZ18HS The Linerz 1/8" Foam Plus Hard Shell Hat Insert offers a comfortable 1/8” layer of high quality, high density foam plus an added tough, flexible hard shell layer to help combat against cuts and abrasions.
Our patented Linerz design offers maximum comfort and ventilation. And Linerz are non-absorbent so they stay light on your head throughout the day .
Linerz high-quality, high-density foam will create an added bonk-barrier that can aid in reducing the risk of injury.
Linerz are durable and last a long time. Easily clean them with a little soapy water, rinse and air dry.
Will fit many styles of hats: baseball hats, trucker hats, cowboy hats, boonie hats, newsboy hats, kids caps and more.
As is the general nature of foam to degrade it can lose its firmness over time - we suggest reviewing your Linerz insert every 6 months to 1 year based on your particular frequency of use and environment.
If you decide the Linerz are not a proper fit for your industry or environment please return the insert for a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Bump caps in general are not designed for use in ANSI hard hat designated areas or for any location or movement where serious injury to the head may occur. However, they can be used inside of a helmet to offer added protection and a better fit.
There is no US standard for bump caps or any regional or international standard that exists for bump cap products except for the EN 812 standard in Europe.
