Directions:
Step 1: Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Clean, blanch and add chicken or pork(not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 1.5 liters of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 3 hours, season with salt.
