The Capri Tools Reversible Bench Vise with expandable jaw opening lets you confidently work on pieces both large and small. It features dual jaw configurations: standard configuration has 0 to 8.3 in. jaw opening, and the reverse configuration extends the jaw opening to up to 12.2 in. The bench vise is constructed of heavy-duty ductile iron with 60,000 psi tensile strength, and exerts 10,000 lbs of clamping force. It has a swivel base that rotates 360° and is equipped with dual lockdown levers which secure the swivel base and provide stability at any angle. It includes serrated steel flat jaws and pipe jaws which are durable and grip securely. Flat jaws have 8 in. jaw width (0 to 8.3 in. jaw opening in standard configuration and up to 12.2 in. jaw opening in reverse configuration). Pipe jaws have 0.27 to 4.14 in. diameter capacity. Jaws are replaceable. The bench vise has 4 in. throat depth. There are two convenient anvil surfaces, letting you tap and hammer part and materials on the fly.
