Aloe Ferox Bitter Crystals "Colon Cleanse" Detox. Bitter crystals are the dehydrated bitter fraction of the leaves. The bitter, yellow sap is collected by arranging the aloe leaves in a ‘tapping’ position, whereby the yellow sap drips out from the leaf into a catch. Decanted into a larger container, moisture is evaporated from the bitter fraction by heat, leaving solid, black slates which are mechanically crushed into small, crystal-like particles. These crystals contain high concentrations of natural compound and should be used in very small quantities. The recommended dosage is 100 mg (approximately half a rice grain in size) once a day, for a couple of days when experiencing constipation.
