Product Information
- Frame/Fork: The Pava is constructed with an aluminum frame and carbon fiber fork. This provides the best of both worlds for durability, lightweight, and comfort. The frame geometry keeps you comfortable on multi hour rides thanks to a long, stable wheelbase and slightly more upright position than a pure racing bike.
- Tires/Wheels: Durable double-wall aluminum wheels with 32 spokes each were chosen to withstand thousands of miles and years of riding . Thru-axle hubs keep the wheels secure in the frame and always inline with the disc brakes. We equipped CST tires in 28mm width to balance speed and comfort. But, the Pava can fit up to 32mm tires if you are looking to add even more comfort to your bike.
- Drivetrain: Equipped with the new 2x11 speed L-Twoo R9 group set, it provides a huge range in gearing that allows you to find an optimal pedaling speed going up or down hill. Featuring separate paddles for up or down shifting, the chance of switching into the wrong gear has been greatly reduced. The two shift paddles are also pretty intuitive if you have not ridden on a bike with drop style handlebars. This also allows you to keep your hands on the hoods and near the brakes levers at all times.
- Brakes: Going fast on the Pava is not good if you don't have the ability to stop quickly and safely. Tektro dual-piston disc brakes do just that. Performing equally well in wet or dry conditions compared to standard rim brakes, disc brakes provide consistent and reliable stopping power. They're easy to adjust with brake pad alignment screws and because the brake calipers are cable actuated, the complicated maintenance requirement of brake bleeding is nonexistent.
- The Pava comes with all necessary tools for assembly and instructions within the owner's manual to allow for assembly to be done at home. And because we are based in the Midwest (Iowa) we can easily be contact via phone or online chat to assist with any questions or that you have about the Pava, or any of our other bicycles.
