- Michihili Chinese Cabbage is an upright, leafy bright-green Chinese cabbage. Michihili is delicate, crisp and lightly sweet, excellent for stir-frying, braising, and pickling. It originates in China and is widely used in East Asian cuisine. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
