- CANDLE HELP: Knock the particularly burnt parts of your wooden wick off and discard before re-lighting your candle. Allow a full melt to the edge of the jar before extinguishing to prevent tunneling. Do not burn candle with less than 1/2 inch of wax remaining. Always keep lit candle in a safe spot away from fans, hot surfaces, children, and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
