Our Covey Sports ski heel lift pads help to eliminate bothersome heel and foot lifting while skiing or snowboarding! Each pad elevates the heel to help reduce or eliminate heel lift in your ski and snowboard boots. Pads help to increase your comfort and helps to absorb the impact on hard landings while skiing or snowboarding. They also help alleviate pressure around the ankle bones and calf muscle while taking the pressure off your toes. Placing heel lift pads in your footbed helps to improve your posture and also serves as a volume reducer in your boot bottom. This helps to improve the angle of your hips, back, and knees when skiing and snowboarding. The pads are grindable and can be glued into place for maximum boot comfort. Typical placement is inside the boot liner and underneath the insole which will allow your foot to slide further back in your boots. While typically used in ski boots, these can also work with snowboard boots, as well as other types of skates, shoes, etc. Each heel lift pad is 3/8" at the thickest end and 5 3/4" long; Small is 2 1/2 inches wide; Medium size is 2 5/8 inches wide; Large is 2 7/8 inches wide.
