PVC TrimWelder FAST CURE Adhesive is a rapid curing, 2-component adhesive formulated and colored for PVC Trim Board applications with a work life of 4-minutes to 7-minutes at 70° F after mixing. It is a creamy, medium viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive. Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength. Cured performance also shows excellent adhesion and bond strength to nylons, polystyrenes, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, stone, ceramics and most plain and plated metal components. This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials. Adhesive joints are ready to handle in 10-minutes to 30-minutes. EXTREME Adhesives PVC TrimWelder Adhesive does not require special surface prep and does not contain any solvents. Will work successfully in most applications without preparation which helps save time. It's so strong it appears to weld the PVC together which ensures a tight and strong hold. EXTREME Adhesives PVC TrimWelder will cure satisfactorily at application temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Handling strength within approximately 10-30 minutes.

- INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Combine resin and activator in equal volume and mix thoroughly. For convenience and accuracy use pre-measured cartridges with disposable static mixers. Open time is 4 - 7 minutes at room temperature. Handling strength within approximately 10-30 minutes.
